Actual Downtime in Hours and Estimated Downtime in Hours are fields on the work order detail tab. Do not confuse these with time for tasks on PMs in the task tab.
The estimated downtime will be based on the technicians first best guess as to how long it will take to resolve the issue. The actual should be a measure of the time taken until the resolution occurs. Then the actual will show the variation from the original estimate.
