Yes, a snapshot of the database can be made available with the approval of the primary contact for the MMX install. Please reach out to your account manager for more details.
Snapshots are in the format of a SQL Server 2016 BAK file within a Zip archive -- software to read this backup is the responsibility of the client.
Please do NOT request technical support to send a backup on a daily basis -- instead, ask your account manager for a quote for an automated backup feed to your own FTP or SFTP site, or for information on integration with MMX by our RESTful API, depending on your needs.
