The system administrator can decide which notifications are allowed under the global settings.

"Notify Email From EmailTab On ServiceRequest Accept", "Notify Email From EmailTab On WorkOrder Complete", "Notify Email From EmailTab On WorkOrder Close", "Notify Email From EmailTab On WorkOrder Status Change" checkboxes added in Global Notifications.

An inspection can be an entire task or set of tasks. Instead of adding a task to a work order, an inspection task can be added. Inspection tasks are only available to users with mobile.

Parts that are added to PM jobs will be used to complete those jobs. It is important to make sure they are available for the technician. The PM forecasting tool will identify those parts that need to be available based on the number of occurrences and the number of parts needed for the time period selected looking forward. It also aids in identifying parts needs where costs may be saved by bulk purchasing or saving costs in shipping consolidation.
